The site has shallow groundwater and compressible clay soils which require specialized foundation system designs to mitigation the potential liquefaction settlement during earthquakes. The firm also provided construction materials testing services during construction of the project. Services include soil-cement column and auger cast pile inspection, concrete inspection, compaction testing and welding inspection.
